Unexpected joy at the beachside

Waking up to the gentle sound of waves was rejuvenating. The hotel's housekeeping was consistently thorough, and the staff's cheerful demeanor made each interaction good. Evening outings to nearby bars were an added bonus!...  

Breakfast was sufficient. Everything you need was there. The buffet was varied. The whole complex was very beautiful. Every evening there was a different program for the guests. Sports activities were also offered during the day....  

Great location with direct access to the beach. Rooms with a wonderful view of the sea.

During the day a lot of "sounding" by disco music.

The bar closing times could use some adjustment to accommodate late-night guests!!! The evening entertainment lacks variety and engagement, leaving guests craving better options!!!

Staff was excellent and room overlooked the sea. Delicias Restaurant is located within 500 feet from the hotel.

This property was perfect for us.

Its location was great and beautiful, right on the beach, and in a nice quiet area. It was spotless and huge, good enough for holidays👌

Had a braw time here! The pals we met were pure brilliant, and the sea views from our room were stunning. Just a wee downside with the food being a bit repetitive, but the drinks were decent. Perfect for a relaxing break!

My stay had amazing views from my junior suite while the beach was just a few steps away was good. Plus, with various dining options just a short walk, I could indulge in local cuisine at good restaurants like Trattoria da Jose and El Gran Toro which were both less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Well presented and beautifully kept hotel located adjacent to a volcanic beach as well as the seafront at Playa del Cura. The pool area is very clean too. Not to mention very good wifi!

The staff was very friendly and you felt right at home. They were always available to answer questions, and provided information. The food was varied and there was something for everyone.

Our experience was marred by an overcrowded pool that lacked space for everyone. The food selection was limited and repetitive, with very few options for those who are dairy-free. There was a significant issue with communication, as the entertainment team primarily focused on guests who spoke French, leaving others feeling ignored.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilites were very good especially for our disabled daughter. Breakfast was plentiful. The pool area and rooms were modern, always well looked after and clean. Very family...

Just a perfect match for a getaway in Playa Del Cura with attractive and competitive value for money. The garden of the hotel had plenty of space which was great. Make sure to check out nearby beach options for some fun.

The hotel had an excellent location close to the beach and several pools with good temperature made the stay a pleasant experience.

Beds were a bit to hard and were missing the overlay matresses which made the sheets end up on the floor every morning. Internet access should be standard but was not available at all in the hotel apart from a "machine" in the lobby. Small charges for towels, safety box is an unnecessary way to earn an extra euro from hotel guests that probably gives the hotel a little contribution in moneyterms not compensated by the sense of greedyness that it brings.
